असावहं भो नामेति सम्यक् प्रणतिपूर्वकम् / आयुरारोग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं तन्द्रादिपरिवर्जितः
asāvahaṃ bho nāmeti samyak praṇatipūrvakam / āyurārogyasiddhyarthaṃ tandrādiparivarjitaḥ
Dengan sujud hormat yang semestinya, hendaknya ia mengucapkan dengan benar rumusan: “asāv aham bho—(si anu) nāma.” Demi tercapainya umur panjang dan kesehatan, ia harus menjauhi lesu, kantuk, dan penghalang sejenisnya.
