tau tu gīrvāṇa-ṛṣabhau dustarād dhari-lokataḥ hata-śriyau brahma-śāpād abhūtāṁ vigata-smayau

Translation

Namun kedua penjaga gerbang itu, yang terbaik di antara para dewa, jatuh dari Hari-loka, Vaikuṇṭha, karena kutuk para brāhmaṇa; kemilau dan keindahan mereka pudar, kesombongan lenyap, dan hati mereka muram.
