नरोष्ट्रगोमहिषखराश्वतर्यन:- करेणुभि: परिजनवारयोषित: । स्वलङ्कृता: कटकुटिकम्बलाम्बरा- द्युपस्करा ययुरधियुज्य सर्वत: ॥ १६ ॥
naroṣṭra-go-mahiṣa-kharāśvatary-anaḥ kareṇubhiḥ parijana-vāra-yoṣitaḥ sv-alaṅkṛtāḥ kaṭa-kuṭi-kambalāmbarādy- upaskarā yayur adhiyujya sarvataḥ
Di segala sisi turut berjalan para wanita pelayan istana yang berhias, juga para wanita penghibur. Mereka menunggang tandu, unta, sapi jantan, kerbau, keledai, bagal, pedati, dan gajah; kendaraan mereka sarat dengan tenda rumput, selimut, pakaian, dan perlengkapan perjalanan lainnya.
