The Appearance of Lord Viṣṇu (Kṛṣṇa) and the Divine Exchange with Yoga-māyā
योऽयं कालस्तस्य तेऽव्यक्तबन्धो चेष्टामाहुश्चेष्टते येन विश्वम् । निमेषादिर्वत्सरान्तो महीयां- स्तं त्वेशानं क्षेमधाम प्रपद्ये ॥ २६ ॥
yo ’yaṁ kālas tasya te ’vyakta-bandho ceṣṭām āhuś ceṣṭate yena viśvam nimeṣādir vatsarānto mahīyāṁs taṁ tveśānaṁ kṣema-dhāma prapadye
O inisiator energi material, ciptaan yang menakjubkan ini bekerja di bawah kendali waktu yang kuat, yang terbagi menjadi detik, menit, jam, dan tahun. Elemen waktu ini hanyalah bentuk lain dari Dewa Viṣṇu. Engkau bertindak sebagai penguasa waktu, tetapi Engkau adalah reservoir segala keberuntungan. Izinkan aku menyerahkan diri sepenuhnya kepada-Mu.

Seeing the Lord’s divine presence, Devaki recognizes that even time and motion operate under Him, so she takes shelter of Him as the only safe refuge amid fear of Kamsa and worldly danger.
By remembering that time is under the Lord’s control, one can reduce anxiety about change and loss, and practice steady devotion and surrender to Krishna as the true source of security.
