Gajendra Prelude
वसिष्ठतनया: सप्त ऋषय: प्रमदादय: । सत्या वेदश्रुता भद्रा देवा इन्द्रस्तु सत्यजित् ॥ २४ ॥
vasiṣṭha-tanayāḥ sapta ṛṣayaḥ pramadādayaḥ satyā vedaśrutā bhadrā devā indras tu satyajit
Pada masa Manu ketiga, Pramada dan putra-putra Vasiṣṭha lainnya menjadi tujuh ṛṣi. Para Satya, Vedaśruta, dan Bhadra menjadi para dewa, dan Satyajit dipilih sebagai Indra, raja surga.
