जनपदमूला दुर्गकोशदण्डसेतुवार्त्तारम्भाः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२९ ॥

Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

Benteng, perbendaharaan, denda/kekuatan pemaksa (hukuman/angkatan bersenjata), pekerjaan irigasi (bendungan/kanal), kegiatan ekonomi, dan semua usaha—semuanya berakar pada janapada (wilayah pedesaan/daerah).
