दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
Jika penduduk kota dan desa bersifat jahat/bermusuhan, maka orang yang berpegang pada perilaku yang benar menurut hukum hendaknya meminta wilayah lain (untuk tinggal/memerintah).
