Raṇadīkṣā (War-Consecration) — Agni Purāṇa Adhyāya 235

देशे त्वदृश्यः शत्रूणां कुर्यात् प्रकृतिकल्पनां संहतान् योधयेदल्पान् कामं विस्तारयेद्बहून्

deśe tvadṛśyaḥ śatrūṇāṃ kuryāt prakṛtikalpanāṃ saṃhatān yodhayedalpān kāmaṃ vistārayedbahūn

Di wilayah tempat ia tidak terlihat oleh musuh, hendaknya ia menyusun siasat peragaan kekuatan. Ia membuat sedikit prajurit bertempur seolah-olah mereka berhimpun banyak, dan bila perlu membuat banyak pasukan tampak tersebar untuk mengecoh.
