पलं पलार्धं कर्षं वा त्रिफलां सकलां तथा बिल्वतैलस्य नस्यञ्च मासं पञ्चशती कविः
palaṃ palārdhaṃ karṣaṃ vā triphalāṃ sakalāṃ tathā bilvatailasya nasyañca māsaṃ pañcaśatī kaviḥ
Triphalā hendaknya diminum dalam takaran penuh; dosisnya satu pala, setengah pala, atau satu karṣa. Demikian pula terapi hidung (nasya) dengan minyak bilva dilakukan selama sebulan; ajaran ini dinyatakan dalam lima ratus śloka oleh sang pandita.
