Chapter 279 — सिद्धौषधानि (Siddhauṣadhāni, “Perfected Medicines”) — Colophon/Closure

ज्ञात्वा चिकित्सतं कुर्याद्भेषजस्य तथा बलम् तिथिं रिक्तान्त्यजेद् भौमं मन्दभन्दारुणोग्रकम्

Setelah mengetahui keadaan pasien, tabib hendaknya melakukan pengobatan dan juga menetapkan daya (potensi) obat. Ia sebaiknya menghindari tithi riktā dan juga Bhauma (Selasa) saat memulai terapi, karena dianggap lemah, menghalangi, keras, dan ganas.
