Related Themes: Agni Purana 27 (Pūjā-vidhi / mantra-tantra sections on adhvan, nyāsa, laya); Agni Purana 27.45 (paired tattva reabsorption); Agni Purana 27.46 (final jñāna-yoga dissolution)
It teaches adhvan-smaraṇa: a structured visualization where the practitioner contemplates the ordered (krama) withdrawal/merging of all tattvas into Hari, with Agni as the ritual-psychic locus.
It exemplifies the text’s integration of ritual practice with metaphysical taxonomy (tattva-theory) and yogic visualization, showing how the Agni Purana combines pūjā-vidhi, tantra-style inner practice, and cosmological doctrine.
By remembering the tattvas’ ordered return into Hari through the sanctified fire, one cultivates inner purification and one-pointed devotion, aligning the mind with the cosmic source and reducing karmic entanglement through contemplative re-integration.
