śrīvarāha uvāca | evam uktvā gato rudraḥ kṣaṇād adṛśyamūrtimān | te ca sarve gatā devā ṛṣayaś ca yathāgatam || 88.3 ||
श्री वराह ने कहा, इतना बोल के रुद्र चला गया। एक पल में वो गायब हो गया। सारे देवी-देवता भी चले गए। रिशि भी वापस अपने-अपने जगह चले गए।
Varāha
It functions as a conventional Purāṇic narrative transition: a divine/sage assembly disperses after a discourse, marking closure of one episode and preparing the text for the next unit of instruction or narration.
No specific geographic location is named in this verse; it focuses on the departure of Rudra, the gods, and the seers.
The verse does not present an explicit ethical injunction; its philosophical content is indirect, emphasizing the transient, episodic nature of divine appearances and the orderly conclusion of discourse.
