Varāha (default, speaker not explicitly indicated in excerpt)
It documents a performative dimension of Purāṇic worship—flower decoration, pavilion-building, and communal night-vigil practices—useful for reconstructing historical temple-festival and vrata observance patterns.
No specific location is named in this verse fragment; it describes a general ritual arrangement applicable across sacred settings.
The verse emphasizes orderly, intentional ritual conduct—commissioning a clean, beautified space and sustaining mindful wakefulness (jāgara) through culturally structured arts (dance, music, song) rather than disorder.
