Nārada’s Teaching on a Viṣṇu-Vrata for Securing a Husband
Narrative of the Apsarases
tathāpi devadevasya viṣṇor yan nāmakīrtitam | bhavatībhiḥ tathā bhartā bhavatv iti hariḥ kṛtaḥ | tan-nāmoccāraṇād eva kṛtaṃ sarvaṃ na saṃśayaḥ || 54.10 ||

It reflects a common Purāṇic theme: the efficacy of divine-name recitation (nāma-kīrtana) as a culturally widespread religious-literary practice, illustrating the period’s emphasis on accessible ritual speech-acts.
No geographic location is named in this verse; the focus is on the act of uttering Viṣṇu’s name rather than on a tīrtha or sacred site.
The verse promotes disciplined speech and remembrance: it presents the utterance of a revered name as a meaningful, intentional act that is framed as spiritually efficacious and socially affirming within the text’s value system.
