Varāha (default dialogue framework; speaker not explicit in fragment)
It reflects a Purāṇic ethical register where social stability is linked to proper conduct toward learned and ritual-specialist communities, using concise imperative speech typical of narrative dialogue.
No geographic location is named in this verse fragment; the content is primarily ethical and narrative rather than topographic.
The verse frames urgency around preventing further moral or social deterioration (vikṛti) and emphasizes protective responsibility and corrective intervention when conduct becomes abrahmaṇya (contrary to brahminical propriety).
