Varāha (default, instructional voice)
It catalogues doctrinal and social-ritual topics (māyā, initiation) alongside place-māhātmyas, illustrating how Purāṇic chapters often integrate metaphysics, ritual procedure, and sacred geography.
Kubjāmraka is mentioned as a named locus with māhātmya; further identification requires corroboration from adjacent narrative passages or regional toponym studies.
By listing varṇadīkṣā, the verse signals an interest in regulated initiation and social-ritual order as part of the text’s normative discourse.
