Sukta 6.47
परा पूर्वेषां सख्या वृणक्ति वितर्तुराणो अपरेभिरेति । अनानुभूतीरवधून्वानः पूर्वीरिन्द्रः शरदस्तर्तरीति ॥
párā pū́rveṣāṃ sakhyā́ vṛṇakti vi-tártūrāṇo áprarebhir eti | anā́nubhūtīr ava-dhūnvānáḥ pūrvī́r índraḥ śáradas tartarīti ||
वो पुराने दोस्तों को छोड़ देता है। आगे बढ़ के नए लोगों के साथ चलता है। जो कभी सच में महसूस नहीं किया, उसको हटा देता है। इंद्र पुराने समय को पीछे छोड़ता है। वो बार बार साल गुज़रने के बाद भी आगे निकल जाता है।
