यस्य तीव्रसुतं मदं मध्यमन्तं च रक्षसे । अयं स सोम इन्द्र ते सुतः पिब ॥
Transliteration
yásya tīvrá-sutaṃ mádaṃ mádhyam ántaṃ ca rákṣase | ayáṃ sá sóma indra te sutáḥ píba ||
Translation
इंद्र, तुम उस तेज़ मद की हिफ़ाज़त करते हो, उसका पहला हिस्सा भी और आखरी हिस्सा भी। यह सोम रस तुम्हारे लिए निकाला है, इसे पियो।
