भगवान की वो बात मुझे भर दे जो हम इंसान समझ गए हैं। सारी रोशनियाँ साफ़ दिखती हैं जब सूरज निकलता है। हम शांति के लिए अग्नि को बुलाते हैं जो अंदर जल रहा है।
May that utterance of Ṛta fill me—the word of the gods which we mortals have perceived. All the radiant lights clearly rise up as the Sun goes forth. For well-being we seek Agni who is being kindled.
The seeker asks to be filled by ‘ṛtasya pravācana’—the true utterance of cosmic order: the mantric Word that originates in the gods (higher powers of consciousness) and becomes perceptible to mortals when the inner hearing awakens. This is revelation: not constructed thought, but received truth-speech. As Sūrya goes forth, all usrāḥ—radiant lights/rays of knowledge—rise clearly (spaṭ): obscurity is replaced by evident seeing. The refrain again seals the revelation in practice: Agni kindled within makes the Word effective as transformation and svasti.
When consciousness aligns with truth-order, a higher Word is heard within; clear seeing arises naturally, and disciplined will embodies that truth as well-being.
Rita proclamation, Revelation to mortals, Sun as manifestation of truth, Inner fullness
This is the climax of the sequence: from dawn-illumination and purification to the reception of Ṛta’s Word—revelation that fills the being and becomes clear seeing (spaṭ) under Sūrya.
Ṛta is the law of right order; Devāḥ are its conscious executors; Sūrya reveals; Agni enacts and purifies.
Revelatory speech (vāc) aligning mind to truth; clear discrimination; transformative ardor to embody the revelation.
Recitation connected to dawn/sunrise and truth-speaking; suitable for beginnings of study or recitation

4 × ~12 syllables
Mantric and declarative; the word ‘spaṭ’ gives a crisp percussive clarity within the flow.
Strengthens inner hearing and certainty; promotes a lucid, truth-aligned mental atmosphere.
Mantric self-consecration: prayer that the ṛta-word fill the seeker; suited to moments of recitation/śruti-centered practice.
Morning; before svādhyāya, meditation, or important speech
Mental offering of speech into Agni; vow of truthful speech aligned to Ṛta
Use before journaling, teaching, or difficult conversations: invoke truth-order, clear perception, and disciplined speech.
pipartu from √pṛ ‘to fill, satisfy’ (benedictive/optative). ṛtá from √ṛ ‘to fit, move rightly’ → cosmic order/truth in action. pra-vācana from pra- + √vac ‘to speak’ → ‘proclamation’, the ‘Word’ of Ṛta. amanmahi from √man ‘to think’ (1pl perfect/injunctive-like: ‘we have come to recognize’). spaṭ is an adverb ‘clearly’ (clarity motif). usrāḥ ‘radiances/cows of light’ connects to dawn-light lexicon.
Ṛta as truth-order, Vāc (implicit) as divine word, Clarity (spaṭ) as unveiled knowledge
Explicit: the mantra asks to be filled with Ṛta’s utterance.
Truth becomes ‘spaṭ’—clear and evident—when Sūrya (truth-light) rises.
World and self are shaped by the divine Word; revelation is a creative force that brings light into manifestation.
Mantra-ontology: speech as power (Vāc) grounded in Ṛta; aligns with Upaniṣadic emphasis on inner light and truth.
sunrise
Sunrise = emergence of governing truth-consciousness; rays = knowledges; utterance = revelatory mantra heard inwardly.
Inner listening for Ṛta’s Word; cultivate clear perception (spaṭ); offer speech and thought into Agni for purification.
Viśuddha (truthful speech/revelation) with Ājñā (clarity)
Ujjāyī (soft) for 3 minutes; then silent mantra repetition synchronized with exhale, pausing briefly after ‘pravācanaṃ’.
Revelatory receptivity moving into luminous certitude.
Sit upright. Ask inwardly to be filled by the true Word. After recitation, keep 2–3 minutes of silence to ‘hear’ rather than think. Conclude by feeling Agni stabilize the received truth as a calm resolve.
Keep ‘spaṭ’ sharply articulated; follow udatta/svarita marks where available; refrain even and grounded.
Slightly lengthen ‘ṛtasya’ and ‘pravācanaṃ’ for gravity; articulate ‘spaṭ’ as a clear cut before ‘ud eti’.
ṛtasya: vocalic ‘ṛ’ (as in ‘ri’ but more syllabic), not ‘ra’, pravācanaṃ: long ‘ā’; final ‘ṃ’ nasalized, amanmahi: ‘a-man-ma-hi’ with clear ‘nm’ transition, spaṭ: retroflex ‘ṭ’ crisp; do not soften into ‘spat’
Low, steady, contemplative; crisp diction on clarity-words (spaṭ, jyotiḥ).
