मा नो मित्रो वरुणो अर्यमायुरिन्द्र ऋभुक्षा मरुतः परि ख्यन् । यद्वाजिनो देवजातस्य सप्तेः प्रवक्ष्यामो विदथे वीर्याणि ॥
mā́ no mitró váruṇo aryamā́yur índra ṛbhukṣā́ marútaḥ pári khyan | yád vājíno deva-jā́tasya sáptéḥ prá-vakṣyāmo vidáthe vīryā́ṇi ||
मित्र, वरुण, अर्यमन, इंद्र, रिभुक्ष और मरुत, कोई भी हमें बुरा न कहे। हम सबके सामने बतायेंगे उस घोड़े की ताकत जो भगवान की तरफ से आया है। यह घोड़ा देवता का है, और हम उसकी शक्ति को सही तरीके से बतायेंगे।
