द्वादशः सर्गः · Aśvamedha-saṅkalpa
Daśaratha resolves on the Horse Sacrifice
तद्यथा विधिपूर्वं मे क्रतुरेष समाप्यते ।
तथा विधानं क्रियतां समर्थाः करणेष्विह ॥१८॥
tad yathā vidhipūrvaṁ me kratur eṣa samāpyate |
tathā vidhānaṁ kriyatāṁ samarthāḥ karaṇeṣv iha ||18||
इसलिए देखो कि मेरा यज्ञ सही से पूरा हो। सब कुछ विधि के हिसाब से होना चाहिए। तुम लोग इस काम में समझदार हो। इसलिए सब अरेंजमेंट ठीक से करो।
Therefore let the arrangements be made in a manner by which this sacifice is completed in accordance with the prescriptions in scriptures and you are experts in doing so".
