यावदावर्तते चक्रं तावती मे वसुन्धरा ॥३६॥
प्राचीनास्सिन्धुसौवीरा स्सौराष्ट्रा दक्षिणापथाः ।
वङ्गाङ्गमगधाः मत्स्याः समृद्धा काशिकोसलाः ॥३७॥
yāvad āvartate cakraṃ tāvatī me vasundharā ||36||
prācīnās sindhu-sauvīrāḥ saurāṣṭrā dakṣiṇāpathāḥ |
vaṅgāṅga-magadhā matsyāḥ samṛddhā kāśi-kosalāḥ ||37||
मेरे रथ का पहिया जहाँ तक चलता है, मेरी राजधानी वहाँ तक है। पूरब के देश हैं, सिंधु और सौविरा भी। सौराष्ट्र है, दक्षिण का इलाका भी। वंग, अंग, मगध, मत्स्य - यह सब हैं। काशी और कोसल भी, और सब खुशहाल हैं।
My authority on the land is extended till such places the wheel of any chariot rotates such as the regions in the east, Sindhu-Sauvira areas, Saurashtra, Southern regions, Banga, Anga, Magadha states, Matsya kingdom and Kasi-Kosala countries which are prosperous places.
