सविता। यन्न॒ इन्द्रो॒ अख॑न॒द् यद॒ग्निर्विश्वे॑ दे॒वा म॒रुतो॒ यत् स्व॒र्काः । तद॒स्मभ्यं॑ सवि॒ता स॒त्यध॑र्मा प्र॒जाप॑ति॒रनु॑मति॒र्नि य॑च्छात्
savitā́ | yán na índro ákhanad yád agnír víśve devā́ marúto yát svarkā́ḥ | tád asmábhyaṃ savitā́ satyádharmā prajā́patir ánumatir ní yacchāt
What Indra hath dug out for us, what Agni, what all the Gods, the Maruts, what the heaven-bright powers—let that for us Savitṛ, of true ordinance, let Prajāpati, let Assent, bestow and firmly set.
इन्द्र ने जो खोदा, अग्नि ने जो दिया, सब देवता और मरुत जो लोग आसमान की तरफ से आए हैं। वो सब चीज़ें सविता हमें दे। सविता जो सच का काम करता है, प्रजापति और अनुमति भी मदद करें।
