Sukta 61
अ॒हं ज॑जान पृथि॒वीमु॒त द्याम॒हमृ॒तूंर॑जनयं स॒प्त सिन्धू॑न्। अ॒हं स॒त्वमनृ॑तं॒ यद् वदा॑मि यो अ॑ग्नीषो॒मावजु॑षे॒ सखा॑या
aháṃ jajāna pṛthivī́m utá dyā́m ahám ṛtū́n ajanayaṃ saptá síndhūn | aháṃ satvám anṛ́taṃ yád vadā́mi yó agnīṣómāv avajúṣe sákhāyāu ||
I begot Earth and also Heaven; I generated the seasons, the seven rivers. I—what I speak—make being and unbeing, truth and untruth: I, for him whom the companion-pair Agni and Soma favor not.
मैंने धरती और आसमान को पैदा किया। मैंने मौसम बनाए और सात नदियाँ भी। जो मैं बोलता हूँ वो सच होता है, झूठ भी होता है। अग्नि और सोम जो दो देवता हैं, वो जिसके साथ हैं उसका मैं काम बनाता हूँ।
