Sukta 14
बलासनाशनम्। अ॒स्थि॒स्रं॒सं प॑रुस्रं॒समास्थि॑तं हृदयाम॒यम्। ब॒लासं॒ सर्वं॑ नाशयाङ्गे॒ष्ठा यश्च॒ पर्व॑सु
asthisraṃsáṃ parusraṃsám āsthítaṃ hṛdayāmayám | balā́saṃ sárvaṃ nāśayāṅgeṣṭhā́ yáś ca párvasu
The bone-loosening, the joint-loosening, that is seated as heart-disease—destroy thou all that balāsa, whether it stand in the limbs or in the joints.
यह मंत्र बिमारी को भगाने के लिए है। हड्डियाँ ढीला कर देने वाली बिमारी, जोड़ों को ढीला कर देने वाली बिमारी, यह सब दिल में बैठ जाती है। भगवान से दुआ है कि यह सब बिमारी को नास कर दे। चाहे वो हाथ-पाँव में हो या जोड़ों में, सब ठीक कर दे।
