May the Fathers of old, the departed, protect me: in this sacred spell, in this operation; in this fore-setting, in this establishment; in this intent, in this resolve; in this benediction, in this god-invocation—Svāhā!

Translation

पुराने पुरखा जो चले गए हैं वो मुझे बचा लें। यह मंत्र, यह काम, यह स्थापना, यह इरादा, यह सोच, यह आशीर्वाद, यह भगवान को बुलाना, सब में मुझे रक्षा मिले। स्वाहा।
