तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य । योऽस्य ष॒ष्ठोऽपा॒नः स य॒ज्ञः
IAST Transliteration
tásya vrā́tyasya | yó ’sya ṣaṣṭhó ’pānáḥ sá yajñáḥ
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
Of that Vratya: the sixth of his Apāna-breaths—this is the Sacrifice.

उस व्रात्य की बात है। उसकी छठी साँस जो है, वही यज्ञ है। यज्ञ मतलब बड़ा पूजा का काम, वो इस साँस में है।
