Sukta 16
तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य ।योऽस्य प्रथ॒मोऽपा॒नः सा पौ॑र्णमा॒सी
tásya vrā́tyasya | yó ’sya prathamó ’pānáḥ | sā́ paurṇamāsī́
Of that Vrātya, the first Apāna-breath—she is Paurṇamāsī, the Full-moon.
उस व्रात्य की पहली साँस का नाम पौर्णमसी है। यह पूरा चाँद जैसी है। जैसे चाँद पूरा चमकता है, वैसे ही यह साँस पूरी है।
