Sukta 8
नि॒वेश॑नः सं॒गम॑नो॒ वसू॑नां दे॒व इ॑व सवि॒ता स॒त्यध॑र्मा । इन्द्रो॒ न त॑स्थौ सम॒रे धना॑नाम्
nivḗśanaḥ saṅgámano vásūnāṃ devá iva savitā́ satyádharmā́ | índro ná tasthau samaré dhánānām ||
A settler, a gatherer of riches—like Savitṛ, a god of truthful ordinance—he stood fast, as Indra, in the battle for the prizes.
वो एक ऐसा शक्तिशाली है जो धन इकट्ठा करता है और जगह बना के बैठता है। सच का धरम वाला भगवान है, सूर्य जैसा। इंद्र की तरह लड़ाई में धन के लिए डटा है।
