Kena Upanishad 9 — Verse 9

तस्मिन् त्वयि किं वीर्यम् इति। अपि इदं सर्वम् आददीयम्, यदिदं पृथिव्याम् इति॥९॥

IAST Transliteration

tasmin tvayi kiṁ vīryam iti | api idaṁ sarvam ādadīyam, yad idaṁ pṛthivyām iti ||9||

Translation

उन्होंने उससे कहा—“तुममें कौन-सा सामर्थ्य है?” “तो फिर पृथ्वी पर जो कुछ भी है, यह सब उठा लो।”॥९॥

Academic Translation

‘What power is there in you?’—(they said). ‘Take up indeed all this that is on the earth.’
