manorathatṛtīyāyāścaraṇena bhaviṣyati | tatprāptaye vrataṃ vakṣye tadvidhehi yathoditam

Translation

मनोरथ-तृतीया के अनुष्ठान से वह सिद्ध होगा। उसकी प्राप्ति के लिए मैं व्रत बताता हूँ—जैसा कहा जाए वैसा ही विधिपूर्वक करो।
