पप्रच्छ दमनं चेति कस्त्वं कस्मादिहागतः । तरुणोपि विरक्तोसि कुतस्तद्वद सत्तम
papraccha damanaṃ ceti kastvaṃ kasmādihāgataḥ | taruṇopi viraktosi kutastadvada sattama
उन्होंने दमन से पूछा—“तुम कौन हो और कहाँ से यहाँ आए हो? युवा होकर भी तुम विरक्त हो—यह कैसे हुआ? बताओ, हे श्रेष्ठ पुरुष।”
