एष मे प्राणदो वीर एष शत्रुनिषूदनः । अथाप्यज्ञातवंशोऽयं मयानंतपराक्रमः
eṣa me prāṇado vīra eṣa śatruniṣūdanaḥ | athāpyajñātavaṃśo'yaṃ mayānaṃtaparākramaḥ
‘यह वीर मेरे प्राणों का दाता है, यह शत्रुओं का संहारक है; तथापि इसका कुल अज्ञात है—यद्यपि मैंने इसका अनन्त पराक्रम देखा है।’
