Transliteration

icchánti tvā somyā́ḥ sakhā́yaḥ sunvánti sómaṃ dádhati práyāṃsi | titíkṣante abhíśastiṃ jánānām índra tvádā́ kaścána hí práketáḥ ||

Translation

सोम-प्रिय सखा तुझे चाहते हैं; वे सोम को निचोड़ते हैं, और हवि-प्रयास (अर्पण) स्थापित करते हैं। वे मनुष्यों के अभिशाप को सहते हैं; हे इन्द्र, निश्चय ही तुझसे ही कोई प्रकट-प्रभाव और प्रज्ञा वाला उत्पन्न होता है।
