Transliteration

hótā yakṣad vanaspátiṃ śamitā́raṃ śatákratuṃ dhiyó jóṣṭāram indriyám | mádhvā samañján pathíbhiḥ sugébhiḥ svádāti yajñáṃ mádhunā ghṛténa vétv ā́jyasya hótar yája

Translation

होता वनस्पति का यजन करे—शमिता, शतक्रतु, धियों का जोष्टा, इन्द्रिय-सम बल। मधु से सम्यक् अभ्यञ्जन करके, सुगम पथों द्वारा, वह यज्ञ को मधु और घृत से रसपूर्ण करता है; वह आज्य को प्राप्त करे। हे होतः, यजन कर!
