जो केतु (चिह्न) से रहित है, उसके लिए तू केतु बनाता है; जो अलंकृत नहीं, उसके लिए तू शोभा रचता है। हे मर्य (युवा वीर), समुपसद् (एकत्रित पुरोहितों) के साथ तू प्रकट हुआ।
