Sukta 7.2
तन्नस्तुरीपमध पोषयित्नु देव त्वष्टर्वि रराणः स्यस्व । यतो वीरः कर्मण्यः सुदक्षो युक्तग्रावा जायते देवकामः ॥
tán nas turī́pam ádha poṣayitnú deva tváṣṭar ví rarāṇáḥ syasva | yáto vīráḥ karmaṇyàḥ su-dákṣo yuktá-grāvā jā́yate deva-kā́maḥ ||
हे पोषण करने वाले देव त्वष्टृ! वह तीव्रगामी वृद्धि (समृद्धि) हमारे लिए पुष्ट हो; तुम प्रसन्न होकर दान में प्रकाशमान हो। तुमसे ही कर्मों में समर्थ, सु-दक्ष वीर जन्म लेता है—युग्मित ग्रावा (सोम-पेषण-शिलाओं) सहित, देवों की कामना करने वाला।
