मंहिष्ठं वो मघोनां राजानं चर्षणीनाम् । इन्द्रमुप प्रशस्तये पूर्वीभिर्जुजुषे गिरः ॥
Transliteration
maṃhíṣṭhaṃ vo maghónāṃ rājā́naṃ carṣaṇīnā́m | índram úpa práśastaye pūrvī́bhir jujuṣe gíraḥ ||
Translation
हे दाताओं में सर्वाधिक उदार, मनुष्यों के जनों के राजा इन्द्र! स्तुति के लिए हम तुम्हारे निकट आते हैं; प्राचीन वाणियों से तुम प्रसन्न होते हो, ऋषि के वचनों को स्वीकार करते हो।
