The Slaying of Indrajit
ततःशोणितदिग्धाङ्गौलक्ष्मणेन्दजितावुभौ ।।।।रणेतौराजतुर्वीरौपुष्पिताविवकिंशुकौ ।
tataḥ śoṇitadigdhāṅgau lakṣmaṇendrajitāv ubhau | raṇe tau rājatuḥ vīrau puṣpitāv iva kiṁśukau ||
तब रक्त से लथपथ अंगों वाले लक्ष्मण और इन्द्रजित—वे दोनों वीर—रणभूमि में ऐसे शोभित हुए मानो खिले हुए किंशुक के दो वृक्ष हों।
Then smeared with blood the two, Lakshmana and Indrajit, shone like fully blossomed Kimsuka in battle.
