प्रसुप्तइवशोकार्तांकिंमां न प्रतिभाषसे ।महावीर्यस्यदक्षस्यसम्युगेष्वपलायिनः ।।।।यातुधानस्यदौहित्रींकिंमां न प्रतिभाषसे ।
prasupta iva śokārtāṁ kiṁ māṁ na pratibhāṣase | mahā-vīryasya dakṣasya samyugeṣv apalāyinaḥ || yātudhānasya dauhitrīṁ kiṁ māṁ na pratibhāṣase ||
तुम मानो सोए हुए हो, और मैं शोक से व्याकुल हूँ—मुझसे क्यों नहीं बोलते? महावीर्यवान्, दक्ष, संग्रामों में न भागने वाले उस यातुधान की पौत्री मुझसे—तुम क्यों नहीं बोलते?
