Rama’s Justification to Vali on Rājadharma

स तमाश्वासयद्रामो वालिनं व्यक्तदर्शनम्।।सामसम्पन्नया वाचा धर्मतत्त्वार्थयुक्तया।

sa tam āśvāsayad rāmo vālinam vyaktadarśanam |

sāmasampannayā vācā dharmatattvārthayuktayā ||

तब राम ने, जिसकी बुद्धि अब स्पष्ट हो चुकी थी, उस वाली को शांत किया। उन्होंने धर्म के तत्त्व और अर्थ से युक्त, साम और सांत्वना से परिपूर्ण वाणी में उसे समझाया॥
