सप्तदशः सर्गः — देवसंवादः तथा वानर-ऋक्ष-उत्पत्तिः
Divine Council and the Generation of Vanara Allies
ते तार्क्ष्यबलसम्पन्नास्सर्वे युद्धविशारदा:।विचरन्तोऽर्दयन्दर्पात्सिंहव्याघ्रमहोरगान्।।।।
te tārkṣyabalasampannāḥ sarve yuddhaviśāradāḥ | vicaranto 'rdayan darpāt siṃhavyāghramahoragān ||
वे सब तार्क्ष्य (गरुड़) के समान बल-सम्पन्न और युद्ध में निपुण थे; विचरते हुए वे गर्ववश सिंहों, व्याघ्रों और महा-सर्पों को भी पीड़ित कर देते थे।
