अश्वमेधप्रवृत्तिः
Commencement and Performance of Daśaratha’s Aśvamedha
न चाहुतमभूत्तत्र स्खलितं वापि किञ्चन ।दृश्यते ब्रह्मवत्सर्वं क्षेमयुक्तं हि चक्रिरे।।।।
na cāhutam abhūt tatra skhalitaṃ vāpi kiñcana | dṛśyate brahmavat sarvaṃ kṣema-yuktaṃ hi cakrire ||
उस यज्ञ में न तो आहुतियों में कोई त्रुटि हुई, न कहीं किंचित् भी स्खलन। सब कुछ मंत्रबल से समर्थ प्रतीत हुआ; उन्होंने उसे कुशलतापूर्वक, निर्विघ्न सम्पन्न किया॥
