Transliteration

patatriṇā tadā sārdhaṃ susthitena ca cetasā |

avasad rajanīm ekāṃ kauśalyā dharmakāmyayā ||

Translation

तब धर्म की कामना रखने वाली, चित्त में स्थिर कौसल्या उस यज्ञ-अश्व के पास, पक्षी सहित, एक रात्रि तक वहाँ रही और सेवा में लगी रही।।
