ख्यायते यस्य नाम्नासौ गन्धारविषयो महान् आरट्टदेशजास्तस्य तुरगा वाजिनां वराः //

Transliteration

khyāyate yasya nāmnāsau gandhāraviṣayo mahān āraṭṭadeśajāstasya turagā vājināṃ varāḥ //

Translation

जिसके नाम से वह महान् गन्धार-प्रदेश प्रसिद्ध है; और आरट्ट-देश में उत्पन्न उसके घोड़े अश्वों में श्रेष्ठ कहे जाते हैं।
