Nothing directly—this verse is a practical ritual instruction aimed at obtaining progeny, not a teaching on cosmic dissolution or the Matsya deluge narrative.
It aligns with gṛhastha-dharma concerns—continuity of lineage and fulfilling household aims through prescribed vratas and ritual remedies sanctioned in the Purana.
Ritual significance: it prescribes a specific bodily/ritual act using curd mixed with salt and honey as a remedial observance (upāya) with the stated fruit (phala) of obtaining desired sons.
