Adhyaya 75 — The Fall and Restoration of Revatī Nakṣatra and the Birth of Raivata Manu
vipāṭhāṃ nandinīṃ caiva vedmi bhāryāṃ gṛhe dvija /
tiṣṭhanti me na bhagavan revatīṃ vedmi kānv iyam //

The king’s insistence that Revatī is not ‘with him’ suggests that relationship is not merely physical proximity; recognition and responsibility are also forms of presence.
Narrative episode; not pañcalakṣaṇa.
The denial ‘she does not stay with me’ can be read as the departure of śrī (auspicious fortune) when discernment is clouded—an inner allegory of loss through delusion.
