Human communities (deśas) are integrated into a cosmic order; collective events are not merely personal but can be read as regional/cosmic patterns, prompting communal rites and responsibility.
Sacred geography tied to cosmic structure is typically treated under Sarga/Pratisarga-related cosmology (world-structure), with practical application to omens.
The verse fuses ‘space’ (deśa) and ‘time’ (nakṣatra cycles) into one body-map—an esoteric statement that karmic time manifests as spatial destiny within the divine organism.
