Adhyaya 48 — The Emanation of Beings from Brahma: Night, Day, Twilight, and the Orders of Creation
नाम रूपञ्च भूतानां कृत्यानाञ्च प्रपञ्चनम् ।
वेदशब्देभ्य एवाऽऽदौ देवादीनाञ्चकार सः ॥
nāma rūpañ ca bhūtānāṃ kṛtyānāṃ ca prapañcanam / vedaśabdebhya evādau devādīnāṃ cakāra saḥ
आदि में उसने वेद-ध्वनियों के द्वारा प्राणियों के नाम-रूपों का विस्तृत प्राकट्य रचा और देवों आदि से आरम्भ करके कर्मकाण्ड/विधियों का क्रम भी स्थापित किया।
