Adhyaya 48 — The Emanation of Beings from Brahma: Night, Day, Twilight, and the Orders of Creation
भवन्ति बलिनोऽधृष्या विपक्षाणां न संशयः ।
तद्विपर्यमासाद्य प्रयान्ति च विपर्ययम् ॥
bhavanti balino 'dhṛṣyā vipakṣāṇāṃ na saṃśayaḥ / tad-viparyayam āsādya prayānti ca viparyayam
वे अपने प्रतिपक्षियों के लिए बलवान और अभेद्य हो जाते हैं—इसमें संदेह नहीं। परन्तु जब विपरीत काल आता है, तब वे भी परिवर्तन/उलटाव को प्राप्त होते हैं।
